Chances of getting HIV positive

Hi I’m vee

I have recently had a intercourse with a sex worker in Sanjose,I have done it unprotected since we did not have a protection, when I took it out due to a fear I cleaned my genital with hand sanitizer.it started to burn on next day it was itching and was looking dry and fade I started using a coconut oil, when I started to worry and stressing myself i visited a urgent care.A doctor who was a MD looked at my genital and said looks like no disease but some yeast infection it looks dry,she asked me if I am diabetic, then I explained the situation what I did with it,she was assuming i myself cause the problem with the sanatizer and later she took  tests for STD and it came back negative, but mean while I had frequent urination and sudden diarrhea for 3 days and when I went back for second visit the doc said she will see my urine in microscope and results still normal no UTI signs and the glucose levels wer also zero, she then gave me a stress tab “amitriptyline” and for reducing frequent urination “oxybutynin” when I started the medication on the same night the very next day and follow up day I was feeling dizzyness more sleepy lazy and little weak...! And some red rash on my penis head developed today... I’m more worried right now.... I have a acid reflux since 2 months too... can I get a better suggestions on my situation right now

Only a test can determine if you have HIV. A duo can be taken after 4 weeks and any other is conclusive after 3 months.

The only way you can get HIV is from unprotected penetrating anal  or vaginal, because it is dead outside the human body so the sanitizer was a waste of time. Symptoms can be from many possible diseases, so symptoms prove nothing which is why you need to test instead of trying to diagnose from studying your body.
