Concerned about having HIV - EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS

On July 22 2010 I entered a "brothel" in Spain under heavy influence of alcohol.  I recall starting to talk to one of the SWs of the establishment but don't recall much more after that.

The following day I went back to the establishment to get information on what had taken place, and I was told that a Sex Worker performed oral sex (with a condom) on me and that I "may" have had intercourse with her, although I was not given a definitive answer.  (Again, I assume that if this occurred it was with a condom).

The following morning I also recall having a very strong fishy smell on both of my hands/fingers that lasted for a couple of days, so this led me to believe that I had also performed vaginal stimulation on the SW.  This is one of my concerns, because that same morning I noticed I had a small cut (1cm or 1.5cm) that was not completely healed in the upper part of my middle finger.

Three days later I went to see my doctor and she asked me to do tests to get an initial picture of my condition.  These tests all came back negative but I was told this was expected as they wouldn't show the results of the night of potential contagion.

SYMPTOMS

It has been exactly 1 week since that night (July 30 2010) and I am experiencing the following symptoms:

*loss of appetite and fatigue (the past 7 days)
*low degree of numbness in my limbs (hands and feet) (past 3 days)
*heavy night sweat (1 day)

When I got the night sweat I was very concerned and got quite nervous.  I don't seem to have any other visible symptoms for other possible STDs.

Should I be concerned?  Are night sweats common so soon after the possible day of having been exposed to contagion. Is numbness in the limbs also an early sign of HIV?

I would appreciate any reply as soon as possible.  I am very concerned about my health and am quite stressed about this situation.

Thanks in advance.

I have experienced the numbnesss in the right side of my body from 2 weeks post exposure, and now have lived with it for over 4 months...it's a tiresome and terrible symptom :( Also severe fatigue has been present.

So far i have had the following ELISA antibody tests;

4 weeks - negative
8 weeks negative
11.5 weeks - negative.

No one has reccomended whether I should or should not get a 5 month test, but i think I will to ease the anxiety
