Condom broke with sex worker

I was just getting started with a sex worker in Thailand when my condom broke.  We were only having sex for about 1 minute before we realized what happened.  We were both very surprised and scared of each other.  I immediately poured whiskey all over my penis and even in the hole at the tip (yes, very painful).  I proceeded to take a shower.  Now, it has been about 19 hours and I picked up some pills at a local pharmacy.  I was hoping to get the PEP (28 day set), but they gave me 2 doses of both truvada and stocrin 600 mg.  Will this be sufficient?

Luckily, we discovered it within a minute, but of all of the years I have been wearing condoms, why did my first broken one have to happen with a sex worker???

What are the side effects for taking these two dosages?

Not entirely sure if PEP would be warranted in this situation. As for the two doses, studies indicate that 28 days is required to give the maximum benefit. Side effects I would suspect will be minimal. Truvada carries a risk of hepatotoxicity but this is not a concern after two doses.
Your risk is fairly low so take a 4th Gen Duo test at 28 days to give you some relief.

No need for PEP.
Test at 3 months post exposure.
