Credibility

I just have one question regarding this website. From what i can tell from being on this website all the information the doctors post are logical and and I am sure they know what they are talking about. However my question is that how come all the doctors answers on this website regarding possible HIV exposures are relatively lenient and most state that the odds are very low. Then on other site they make it seem like the odds of contracting hiv are much higher.

P.S. I am not putting this site down in any way. In fact it has give me much hope and relieved my anxiety a bit.

The docs on this site are not alarmists like some are when it comes to HIV.  Meaning...they state the risks and testing suggestions...but also use the fact that HIV is indeed a very difficult virus to transmit to form their assessments.

doctors deal with science...theories.   in science...they NEVER say never...but that doesnt mean that it happens.
