Delay of HIV antibodies.?

I am presumed to have a fungal infection of the throat(feels like something stuck in it)/lips/angular chelitis. It has gotten better a little with diflucan but marginally. I am having many muscle twitches and feels as if skin is crawling at times. Also, I am having weird numbness on left side of face and foot. MRI showed nothing. I have tested by pcr/DNA at 6 weeks along with standard antibody at 6,11,13(HIV 1/O/2),14,17(and oraquick fingerprick at 16,17 week), all were negative for HIV. All of my lab work is within normal ranges. I have generally been pretty health guy and don't do drugs. My question is, can a fungal   Infection delay antibody response?  What is the chance that this could be related to HIV?  I understand no one can diagnose here, but would like others input.   I am married and am very scared for my wife and kids and what I may have done to many besides myself.

I am responding to the fluconazole after 2 days of more intense treatment and throat is getting better.  We are assuming fungal due to the response, does that change your mind on a 17 week HIV antibody screen?  Thanks. Btw what kind of dog is that?

Have you ever seen/spoke with anyone that was not immunosurpressed that changed from neg to positive after 17 week antibody negative test?  I want resume sexual relations with my wife, but I am scared to. I have confessed my indiscretions to her, but she is unaware of my ongoing tests(HIV). This concern is only due to my ongoing symptoms and nothing else.  Thanks for your input.  This will be my last post on this.

A few other questions. This past Thursday was my 120 day post exposure. It was an HIV 1/2 by EIA. It also tested for group "O". When you see a test that says HIV1/2 eia screen, does that mean it tests for all subtypes of HIV 1 & 2?  I know my test was a bio-rad gs HIV 1/2 plus oeia. Also, is there any possibility of subtype/group not detected. The woman I was with was Asian. If I do test again, what are your time recommendations

The only thing that matters in this forum is that you don't have HIV.

Would have I showed antibodies by now? Even though labs normal, could I have a degree of immunosupressed?  I don't know what one would feel like if they were immunosurpressed. I have read that some people may present with throat ulcer/neuropathy as symptom of primary HIV. I just don't which other direction to go. I have seen  my dr, ent, GI(treating as GERD--I doubt), and no one seems to know. I think it is fungal that is not responding to treatment. I have never had ANYTHING like this. I understand labs versus symptoms, but it all makes too much sense.
