Dental Extraction and HIV risk

Dear Experts,

Once again I have got a fear of HIV. My situation is lika that:
1- I have done dental extraction on 30 Sep 2011.
2- Fever in morning and evening which is periodic started 1 Oct 2011.
3- Take antibiotics from doc for 9 days fever has gone at 6 Oct 2011.
4- Medicines are continue up to 9 Oct 2011.
5- On 12 Oct morning i got throat pain on left side of throat as well as feeling if hair like thing at throat. These pains are seems to just end pint of the tongue.
6- After 2 days the throat pain and hair like feeling has gone automatically but there is consistent pain bellow the ear inside ear and lymph nodes.

My lymph nodes are not swelling but constant moderate pain is there in my lymph nodes and neck also .......Is is possible that I have got HIV infection during my dental extarction. I heard that lymph nodes are the sign of HIV.

I have talked the dental dov also he is saying that his clinic is cleaned and all tooles are also cleaned prior to any surgery.
please help me

Dear sir,

what are the causes for my lymph nodes. I want to tell u my previous story that I have exposer with a lady which was unprotected on 9 th june 2009. I have tested on 3 Sep 2009 for HIV 1 & 2 with ECLIA test. My test result was non reactive. So please tell me my result is conclusive. I have tested 86 days of post exposer only once.
