Did I become infected?

I was seeing this girl and I decided one Thursday night to NOT use protection. (She was dating someone before me and didnt use protection with him.)
The following Sunday I had a a tingling after I urinated.
The following tuesday I got hit with a bad fever but it only lasted the one day.
The Next day I mentioned the fever to the doctor and how my testicles felt sore and my penis slightly burned. I was given antiobitics even though i was shown small signs of UTI. I took them all for 2 weeks and did not feel better.
I talked to a doctor again and just gave blood for herpes. I was Negative for the Herpes BUT Around the time I was waiting, I developed the Shingles (Herpes Zortex), which i thought were just inflamed hair follicles.
I was given antivirul medication (Acyclovir) for the Shingles and Doxycycline Hyclate for Chlamydia (which the doctor assumed i may have). Im about to finish my last Doxycycline medicne and my testicles and penis still feel the same. I have had difficulty eating just barely this week. I noticed to have been feeling naseous. I also have felt really fatigued twice this week with random headaches. . I have thrown up twice and both the times when I took the Doxycycline. Could this be the side effects of Shingles and the medication (Which have similar side effects of Acute HIV Stage) or could this actually mean I'm going through the stage of Acute HIV infection. This has been exactly a month since the unprotected sex I had.

The doctor said IF i have not felt better with my penis and testicles they may need to screen me and check what could be wrong with my immune system (especially since coincidentally I got the shingles)

**I paid for a full STD Blood Test and should get my results within next week. I even paid for an HIV PCR Test to know ASAP about HIV infection.**

Thanks you for the insight in Advance.

Good to know about the shingles, but I'm concerned with everything else as well. Aside from the shingles, this does seem like acute infection. I looked up other STDs and most have a discharge from the penis, which I have not had and its been a little over a month, and I tested negative for Herpes. I guess I will know for sure in a couple of days. Anyone else have a weird chain of events like this?

If you have shingles it has nothing to do with HIV. If someone has shingles with HIV it is years after their exposure.
