About four weeks ago I had three sexual encounters with a girl of a questionable lifestyle. I met her first time in Starbucks. She happened to be a friend of my friends. In that evening we had our first sex which involved Unprotected oral sex on my and her part. I noticed that she was on her period I and saw some blood on her vagina. We also had Protected genital sex. Two days after, the scenario was repeated again but her periods were over; she did not have any blood and our oral sex was much quicker than the first time. Two days after, we had sex again with the same scenario.
About a week later, I found out that the girl was a drug abuser. I am not sure if she ever used drugs intravenously. I stopped our relationship right away and never had any sex with her again. Before we were about to go to her place and had sex, she asked me if I had AIDS. I said that I don’t have any STDs. She jokingly said that she has AIDS and then right away told me that it was just a joke. She also asked me if I had protection. About couple of weeks after all that, I asked her if she really did have HIV. She said that she is clean and does not have any STDs.
Her joke made me very nervous and I am still searching for any ARS symptoms that I might have. It’s been four weeks since our first sexual encounter and about 4 days ago I noticed couple of bumps on my neck that resemble description of swollen lymph nodes. I can feel them with my finger on both sides on the back of my neck. They are not painful and not visible in mirror. One of them always changes its size from almost unnoticeable to noticeable when I touch it with my finger. I don’t have any bumps on my armpits or groin.
My questions are. Based on the sexual encounters and symptoms, could you tell me if I might indeed get HIV from her (if she was in fact infected). Also, I go to gym every other day, which has fans everywhere and air conditioner, and do weight lifting. I do workouts on chest, back and shoulders all the time. Could all this be a cause for those bumps on my neck? Also, I have bad tooth on the very back of upper jaw. It is painful and pain sometimes goes from moderate to high. Last time when I saw my dentist (about 2.5 months ago) he said that there was inflammation and that root canal surgery is advisable for my situation. About couple of months ago I got some infection from the gym I go to on both of my hands (from using one particular machine) along with fungus infection. The infection and fungi are not completely gone; a little is still there. I am also a smoker (I am 26 y.o.), sometimes heavy smoker when I experience lots of stress just like the past four weeks.
Thank you in advance!
