I was involved in an unprotected cunnilingus which didn't last more than 10 seconds. I do not know what the girl's HIV status is, however she believes she is clean (cannot confirm through a test), however she is sexually very active and with different partners. I tested negative 3 weeks after the exposure.
What do you think my the probability of having contracted HIV is?

Shall I then consider my negative at 3 weeks as definitive? Should I get tested again 12 weeks after exposure?
