Do I have HIV? ARS? Enlarged lymph nodes and diahrea

I had unprotected oral sex with a few guys. One or two of the times I may have had abrasions in my mouth. However I never let any of them ejaculate in my mouth. I am concerned if infected HIV precum had entered my mouth during this period and entered my blood stream through the abrasion in my mouth... I had gone for a Rapid HIV test about 3 and a half weeks after the last sexual encounter, which came back negative. And I had just gone last week for a second test (which would make it 8 weeks after my last encounter), which also has come back negative. However, I have been ill for a while during this period and I am worried that I have ARS symptoms and that the test results I have had done my not be accurate because of whatever illness I have. I have had enlarged lymph nodes for almost 2 1/2 months, cronic diahrea and abdominal pain right before I need to go the restroom. I had a colonoscopy done, which came back completely normal. So i have been given no real diagnosis for my diahrea or my enlarged lypmh nodes which has made my anixety gone out of control thinking I have ARS/HIV. I guess my question is how soon can seroconvertion be detected with the Rapid test and which illnesses can affect the result of the test? Also, how long should symptoms last (specifically regarding my symptoms [lymph nodes and diahrea]) and when do they usually surface if i do indeed have ARS?

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. If your symptoms concern you see a doctor they are not HIV related.
