Condom Break

Would I know if the condom broke? I was having intercourse with this girl and blood got all over me and the condom when I was done. It looked to be in tact but I was so freaked out by the blood I didnt really care to look. This happened a few days later with a different girl and I don't know if it broke or not but I am worried about getting HIV. After both instances I filled the condom with water and it looked fine but Im not sure. How would you know if the condom broke? Would you feel it? Is there a chance there could be small holes in it that I dont see? Im really worried because of the blood when i was having sex and I know thats an easier way to transmit the virus.

I don't really understand why the anxiety is still upsetting you so badly. We've explained that the condom did NOT break because you would have known without a doubt. Since the women were obviously having their periods, that clearly explains the blood. If the condom HAD broken, the blood would have been all over your penis, not just the condom, which it obviously wasn't, right?
Take a couple deep breaths and get on with your life. In future, to save yourself the fright, you might ask your partner if she is on her period. If these women were CSW's, they can't afford (or they are not allowed) to take time off during their cycles.

Okay thanks! My anxiety is killing me but I feel a lot better. The blood freaked me out a lot too.

As BeStrong already said, if the condom had broken, you would absolutely know! They do NOT get little pin holes or tiny tears, they catastrophically fail.

As for the blood, it appears you had sex with woman during their cycles. Since the condoms did not break, you had no risk.

So the if the condom were to break it would of been bad enough that I can tell? Like my penis not being covered completely?

Hello,
If the condom had failed you would have known.
Protected sex is SAFE sex.
No need to worry.
Take care.
