Do I need to test for HIV?

The exposure was receiving fellatio from a woman and mutual masturbation (me fingering her and her giving me a hand job... possible vaginal secretions got on my penis).  I've had other exposures before then that involved only mutual masturbation with women.

I was tested at 6 days following exposure for chlamydia (urine test... urinated 15mL of first void) and about an hour later for gonorrhea (swab test). Both gonorrhea and chlamydia tests were negative.

Question:

Should I be tested for HIV and/or syphilis following the exposures above?  My last HIV test was one year ago and was negative.  I've only engaged in mutual masturbation (about 6 partners) and once in receiving fellatio in the past year.

Thanks for your help!
