Do you think I have HIV symptoms ??

Hello everyone, I am 37 year old male and work in the merchant navy. It all started when I had unprotected oral sex and no vaginal sex with a CSW (she gave me blowjob and I also ejaculated in her mouth).
After one month I had muscle pain in my legs (predominantly calf muscles and sometimes back of thighs) which lasted for few days and then subsided. There was no fever, cough, cold or swollen lymph nodes.
Then after about 3 months I had pain in one of my gums which I neglected for many days (2 weeks) and kept applying clove oil but it flared up and I started having burning sensation in my gums and lips and also blood started coming from gums.
After I went to dentist he diagnosed it with Periodontitis and gave me Amoxicillin 500 mg and Metronidazole 500 mg for 1 week.
After 2-3 days of finishing my course of antibiotics I started having white and dry tongue and dry mouth. I was convinced it was thrush and kept scraping my tongue after every meal which sometimes caused bleeding. Also I started feeling heavy headedness and intermittent pain in my leg muscles more so in the morning time. Used to feel dizzy at times too.
This continued for 1.5 months after which I signed off from ship and came home. Here I visited my dentist who told me it is not thrush and just coated tongue and that I should get tested for vitamins and iron magnesium etc. My results showed deficiency in vitamin b12 -200 and vitamin d-15 for which I started taking vitamin d3 (once a week) and vitamin b12 capsule (Daily 1 capsule for 15 days).
Also my general ENT doctor diagnosed me with GERD and told me to take medication for same which is now ok. Also am taking Homeopathic medicine for my acidity as I hv a recurrent problem with acidity since many years.
Now after taking multivitamins for 9 days I feel much better 75% better but still hv these mild muscle pain off an on and heavy headedness sometimes.
Basis above please advise if I shall go for hiv test as I am very stressed out and tense since last 2 months thinking this is all happening due to me being hiv +ve.

Check your burps with your doctor if you are worried about them.
Can you please let me know the reason for my low vitamin b12 and d and 2 months of heavy headedness/ dizziness and pain in leg muscles...would really appreciate !!!
Your dentist and doctor should have already told you why you had low vitamin counts since they diagnosed and treated you for this. If not you can go back and ask them.
Either the heavy, dizzy and pain issues are in your imagination from fear, or else they are something new for your doctor to diagnose.
You are fixated on HIV as if it was the only disease in the world because you don't have any medical training. You didn't have an HIV risk, so it is time to move on from HIV and get a doctor involved, because there are 5,000 diseases and conditions you can have.

You were never exposed to any risk of HIV from receptive unprotected oral sex. None of your symptom truly reflects ARS.

Oral sex is a negligible risk behavior according to the health authorities. It means it is of "theoritical" nature without any reported case where the infection was transmitted via oral sex alone. Therefore, practically it is a "Zero" risk behavior

You do not need any test because you were never exposed to the risk

Thanks for your prompt response.....but then how do you explain my vitamin deficiency which never occurred throughout my life and periodontitis???
No one here can explain what the non-HIV cause of your symptoms is.  We can only tell you that they are NOT related to HIV, as you had no risk for HIV.

No one has ever contracted HIV by receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.
