Doctors Please Help Me !

10 days ago . I have sex with another men(bottom) . We just kiss each other . Then he used his hands for my penis . Later , he did oral sex but very very short time . About five or six seconds and i stopped . But ejaculated outside of his mouth . The next morning , i saw my penis had very small injury , very small , a little bigger than a head of a pin . No hurt , no bleeding . I think that maybe he used his hands so strong . Now i am totally scared . I can't do anything . I worry whether he has injuries in his mouth or not . So can doctor tell me , how many percent of risk in my situation and do i need to make a blood test ? Thanks much
