Dont worry so much bout HIV symptoms

Honestly i just got my 12 week test back, negative, i had a 4 weeks test which was also negative, I had rash, i had diareha, i had swollen lymph nodes in my throat and neck, i had a UTI or non specific germ infection, i had otitis externa, (ear infection) i had white dots on my lips, i had nausea, i had white tounge. it was horrible i had night sweats, my hole life was worry worry worry. however in heighnsight, it was all uneccerserry, rash was probably just spotty back, or allergy, lymph nodes wer from my ear infection which was just coincedence, diareha was probably the protein shake i was drinking, white dots on lips are normal every1 has them, white tounge niot thrush just normal white coating, nausea diareha and night sweats, ANCXIETY. all im saying is dont get so worked up, there is probably a rational explination for all of these, just get a dupo test at 4 weeks plus, its 99% after that, and uk gum clinics do them, or 12 week 3rd gen test, which experts say 6-8 weeks.....but dont ruin ur life by worrying uneccerserily.

Excellent point. Get a test when you can. Only you can be certain of the type of low or high risk contact you had. I am going thru the same issue based on a low risk contact. Worrying over the symptoms similar to yours.
