Dr hhh or any medical professional

I have brief unprotected oral sex 13 days ago
Noticed mild urethra discomfort 2 days after. Freaked out and got tested.  There has been no signs of discharge, cloudy urine, odor and no signs of painful urination.  I was administered rocephin and azithromycin 2 days after.  On days 3-7 I experienced abdominal pain and moderate testicle/rectum pain.  9 days after the incident and 8 days after the Meds I went to my pcp. We ordered testing for everything. He stated that things looks well during a physical exam but noticed minor epididymis. My main concern is that is is 11 days after medication and 2 weeks since the incident and I still have some discomfort in the tip of my penis.  I was prescribed Valium which works.... But will the symptoms ever go away?  Any guidance or thoughts will help. Thank you
