Fear that I may be infected.

I am a 25 year old male. On 18 May 09 . I performed oral sex on a 44 year old female,  I started to have unprotectedsex . Just for a couple minutes, never fully penetrated, just kinda playing around. I then put a condom on, and halfway thru intercourse It came off, it actually stayed in her. I put a new one on and we finished. The next couple days I had a mild sore throat pain on the right side that radiated up into my ear. The pain was not bad just annoying. A week later I developed swollen tonsils with spots and some spots on the back of my tongue. I went to the doc and he prescribed me Zpack and the next day those spots and sore tonsils started to subside and with in a week or so all spots were gone. But i still have a mild pain in the rightside of my throat when I swallow. more of an annoyance than pain. About a week prior to intercourse, I had an injury to the left side of my throat, I was doing hand to hand fighting training. Someone shoved their thumb into the left side of my throat to the point where my jugular was pushed to the right side. Immediatley following this I had the same pain on the right side  but it subsided. Then the intercourse happend and it seemed to come back. I had a soft tissue xray done and they found no injuries to my throat. My concern is either I have a leingering pain from the injury or maybe i have been infected with HIV. Today is the 18th of June and I still have the very slight pain in the side of my throat. I had an HIV test done last week on the 11th which is 3 weeks and four days after intercourse. I have not got the results yet, it was a combo test that tested HIV and other STDs. I have always had a very stong immune system and rarley get sick.  I always heal fast. I have read so many different things about when you will be able to detect antibodies anywhere from a couple days after to 25 days after etc etc. I have no other symptoms other than im tired alot  cause I am worring my self sick. I got to sleep thinking about it I wake up and its the first thing on my mind etc etc

Also, I know this means nothing about a persons sex life. but the women was 44, well educated and was married her entire adult life. Claims to have only been  with 5 men. A week or so after intercourse when I began to worry, I asked her to get a rapid test and she did. It was negative. And claims the last time she had intercourse was in December 08. I do not recall if she said it was protected or not.

If you had unprotected penetrative vaginal sex including dipping then you should test. Condoms only work when used correctly and consistently.

I`d put my house on it that you haven`t contracted HIV. None of the symptoms you have are synonymous with HIV. Symptoms mean nothing anyway. Look at it realistically. If what you`ve said is correct about the woman, then relax. You`re worrying excessively.
