Experience

I have two questions. Everybody asks "Have you ever seen someone who tested negative after 3 months and after that tested positive"... My question is opposite, have you seen someone who tested positive in the first 3 months? And if your answer is YES,second question would be "How many people you have seen?"

Thank you!

Would the 3 month test be appropriate if the girl was a prostitute...or is a 6 month test needed because it was a more significant risk?

Yes I have a question. I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with sex worker, and after that I had every possible symptom except diarrhea. Seven weeks after exposure I had something like flu,I had canker sore on my lip, rash on my forehead, balanitis, swollen lymph nodes in my groins and neck, all that confirmed by doctor. However I tested negative after 7 and 15 weeks after exposure. I know that would be conclusive but because of my symptoms I cannot move on. What are the chances that my tests are false negatives???

The answer is yes. Again, most all people that have been infected do test positive within the first 3 months post exposure.

I asked did you see from your personal experience or know for someone who tested in the first 3 months after exposure?

Yes, everyone that is infected. It's rare for anyone to test longer than 3 months.
