Very worried about HIV, pls help

I have have unsafe sex a year and 3 months ago. It was anal sex and I was not long in her, just for 5 mintues. I was worried, so I decided to finish it with orally. I did not have any cut neither her. She told me that she was HIV negative, not sure. After 12-13 weeks I had joint ache (2-3 days) then had some upper abdomianl (lower the chest) discomfort.  I did physical test (blood work), everything was fine. My doctor told me that the joit ache could be the clariton I was taking for the allergy. Now, I am very +++ scared can't think of any thing but that I am positive for HIV. I am scared to test. Pls, let me know if this sounds like HIV?

Again, symptoms are completely unreliable. If you are worried abour ARS (which only some people experience), the symptoms occured too late - you read correctly.

Do think the joint ache that I had after 12 weeks related to the HIV? I read the acute symptoms appear in 2-6weeks!

You had a risk of contracting HIV from unprotected sex. Symptoms don't mean a thing when it comes to HIV. You need to test to get your status. You can test now and get your conclusive test result.
