Fear of HIV from a risky act.

Hello,I live in Norway and I have been involved in a very risky act after been drunk on the night of 19th Aug.2011 with a girl whom I don't know her status. We played and in the process I entered her without protection! (how foolish I felt). Before we started playing she ask if I had any infection and I said I am very clean because I knew my status.
Immediately after the act I became so crazy on my mind, & about 2 weeks after the exposure I started feeling some sensation on my penis, mild head ache and feverish.3 weeks after the exposure, I had blisters on my mouth, swollen cheeks and pain under my right ribs especially at night, with loss of apetite. I was always frightening from sleep, have been very tired, moody, with lots of thinking always. 25 days after the exposure, I went to see my doctor and told him I was exposed and want to do Hiv and Hepatitis tests. 1 week after the test results was out, Hiv was negative, but Hep.B antibody found which he explained to be a long time infection.
1 week later, I came for another blood test for other std's and I was still having pains under my right rib, with swollen under arm. The results were out and nothing was found. The doctor told me that nothing was there, that the test was very reliable and I shouldn't fear again that it was my psychology that is been disturbed. But then, I have been in a great dilemma all this while and have no concentration for any thing. I keep crying every day and night and praying.
After 7 weeks, i was feeling bulgy in the eyes with little itching. It is now 8 weeks after the exposure, I still feel tired and always want to sleep more and notice cramp on my hand when I wake up from sleep. I still maintain my weight, no rashes, no diarrhea yet.How accurate was the test I did after 25 days of exposure and what else do you advise me to do?

Please someone in the house to answer or give advises on my exposure described above as I am in serious dilemma and do not know what to expect any moment from now.

Honestly, I think your symptoms are very likely to be anxiety related. They are not symptomatic of any STD infection. I would suggest you see a counsellor or someone similar to deal with these issues.
