i need reassurance please

just to give you a little background about my health
1. diagnosed with hpv (under control with no outbreaks for more than 6months)
2. herpes 1, no cold sores really...at least I dnt think I have any...heard they are painless
3. have had unprotected sex before, years ago, stupid I know, but protected from here on out

on nov 7th, I met up with a guy online. he stated he was neg.
we met in his car.
1. we kissed for 5 mins
2. he caressed my buttocks and was near my rectum (he did touch his precum on his penis while doing so)

I went in for a oraquick finger prick rapid antibody test on 1/09. came out negative. how reliable are these tests and at this time?

thanks for your time.
