Four months already and got some symptoms

I'm 40 years old Male from Qatar,my exposure was 4 months ago, I had 2 HIV tests one 8  weeks after the exposure which was Negative as the lab people informed that he did a confirmation test which took another 1 day ( i think elisa) to confirm that I'm negative and in another two weeks time I did anoher HIV test which came negative  and the lab doctor informed me that their is no need for a further testing ( 10 weeks)
Two week ago I noticed some difficulties with eating in the neck area and yesterday, I have noticed  2 lymph enlargments behind my both ears ( size of a very small olive or penute )
Do you advise me to do another test? and do you think the lymph node which I got due to HIV or the timing is fare away from the early HIV symptoms like lymph node enlargment as my temp. is 36-36.8 C for the last 2 weeks?

Thanks, but when you say too late does this mean never happened based on your experience?

symptoms are too late for ars.

it is HIGHLY unlikely that a 10 week test result will change...but 3 months post exposure is conclusive.

RELAX...
