Partner tested Negative after 6 mos.

I'm a woman and had unprotected sex with a man twice.  Before engaging, we discussed our sexual history.  I recently divorced after 15 years married and he recently seperated after 22 years married.  His last sexual encounter was in July '07.  He was tested in Nov' 07 for insurance purposes and was negative.  I asked him again to be tested which he did Feb. 08 and was negative again.  I was tested almost 6 weeks after our first encounter and was negative.  Should I be retested?  Very worried.

Since your partner is negative, there is not one reason for you to retest.  You are obviously negative and you were never even exposed to HIV.

I'd say this was an all clear signal.
If he's negative after 6 months and you're negative after 6 weeks, things are looking pretty great for you. Of course, you can't rely on someone else's status - you need to use condoms every time until you're in a committed relationship so that you never have to feel the anxiety you're currently feeling....

Take care.
