General Questions About HIV Risks

I am a 32 yr old male, who, sadly, came into consciousness during the time that HIV became a household name.  The fear of it has dominated my life for quite some time.  I recently had a very random encounter with a stranger.  She was a 38 year old single mother (not that it matters) and insisted on condoms as do I, always.  She performed oral on me and we had condom protected sex that, embarassingly lasted about 2 minutes (it had been a while for me).  The condom remained in tact, I ejaculated, then immediately washed my hands and penis, the urinated.  I understand that all will say this was a low risk encounter and I guess I am just looking for some reassurance.  Also, is it true that if a male ejaculates and urinates, it reduces his risk by flushing out the urethra?  I tried to poet this for the doc, but my card and this site aren't getting along.

You had protected sex with a sensible female that insisted on protection. You didn`t have a low risk encounter , you had a NO risk encounter. Your fear of HIV is irrational my friend.
If I wasn`t so sure I`d say you`re on a wind up. You have more chance of being struck by lightning tonight than aquiring the HIV virus.
Relax. Have a beer and watch some sport man.

save your dime...you had PROTECTED SEX which is not a low risk exposure...it is a NO RISK situation.

kudos for using condoms.  always use plenty of water based lube to lessen the chance of condom failure.
