Genital-hand-genital contact, Masterbation

Dear all,

I must appreciate the work your are doing for others. I am toooooo much worried about the incident, have taken leave from the company coz of anxiety.

The incident happened 2 months ago in Germany and the Girl was from Turkey and working as CSW in dance bar. I recall the incident every day and too much worried so decided to have your words. Here is what happened:

I met a CSW Girl, we sat at the corner of Street. She touched lips of her vegina and clitoris and rubbed both lips with each other (hand vegina contact lasted max. of 10 seconds). After this, her hand (same hand with which she touched Vegina lips) touched her Clothes and other body parts.  There was no visible fluid on her vegina. After this, I touched lips of her vegina with my finger for (max. of 10 seconds), no visible secretion in vegina (moist only). I  wiped out my finger against her Thigh (though there was no visible fluid on the finger but I felt moist). After this, she put her hand inside the my underwear and touched Penis (Duration max. 8 seconds). While putting hand inside my underwear, her and my finger must have touched the underwear (Cloth) before touching Penis. But, there might have been fleeting contact between finger and penis tip (filled with pre cum). After about 10 minutes of this, I  masterbated with my own hand (the same hand which touched vegina lips. What I am sure about is neither she nor I inserted any finger well inside her vegina (her finger touched clitoris and lips and my finger touched vegina lips AND the max. contact between vegina and fingers was not more than 10 seconds)

My doubt is it might be that my finger or her finger might have touched the Penis tip momentarily.

Since last 2 months, I recall this incident every now and then and can not focus on my work. I am Married Person, so I am really really worried.

Doctor, please tell if there is any risk for any STD, specially hiv.

Please let me also know the process of donation from Germany.

Many Thanks

M

Zero risk from this encounter for Hiv,because hiv transmission occurs inside the body not outside it.Hiv is not transmitted from fingering, masturbation or touching of any kind.Your safe and no testing is required. All the best.

Thanks all, I also kno myself this is not a risk but I dont kno why sometimes I automatically start to think too deeply and try to join many scenarios together......by now, I have visited almost all materials in Internet in this topic and still I occasional worry going on.

What I think is like, when I touched Vegina walls (not wet, no flowing fluid but was moist), then let us say that one drop of viginal fluid came in my finger then she touched her vegina and let us say one drop in her finger, now I wiped my finger against her Thigh and she picked up some clothes with her finger, so half of a drop might have wiped out from the fingers. Now as my touched Penis and she also touched Penis for few seconds (lets say max. 10 Seconds) , so this half drop of fluid might have touched penis tip ( of course there was no visible fluid on any fingers and there was some time gap between fingers touching vegina and fingers touching penis, so Air might have wiped out rest of the fluid), but what if not? and I think even less than half of veginal fluid might be enough for hiv risk (nobody know how many germs are there in half drop of veginal fluid as they r microscopic).

I know you might tell it imaginary but these r the things going in my mind everytime........I would be really thankful to you if you can recall some similar cases you might have heard and share here.

PS: As I did masterbation with my own hand (same hand with which I touched vegina), did that increase any risk? I would have not worried if I wud have not masterbated, but just after after masterbation I stated to worry, I sometimes think it might be because of guilty feeling

Thank you very much once again

If HIV could be transmitted from the events you have described then everybody would have it. No risk, relax and stay safe.

Thank you for continued answers.

To clarify about the incident: there was never direct contact between Penis and vegina, no intercourse at all, only fingers touched vegina walls (not deep inside) and then fingers touched Penis...vegina was not wet but moist......what I m thinking is some virus might have sticked with fingers and finally touched Penis??

You wont believe but its hard to put my thoughts to an end.............wud you please tell me if testing is required in this case?

Many many thanks for your time

Thank you very much for your information. This was really helpful. If you do not mind, I would like to put one more question, this is necessary as I am still worried (since I looked for symptoms in Internet and I feel like some pain sometimes in my Throat and neck veins (they might be lymph nodes?? and itchy skin). I am very worried that I cant really focus on any thing but think about the incident all the time.

So my final ques is: In worst case scenario, little amount of veginal fluid might have touched the Penis and tiny from this amount might have touched Penis tip, then as I masterbated, the fluid might have massaged against penis tip. What was the risk here, for any std and hiv?

Thank you very much for your kind support.

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by masturbation.
