Oral sex

I had sex with a girl (prostitute). I did not have a condom on while she was performing oral sex on me. However the intercourse was done using a condom and there was no breakage.
I had also done a bit of oral sex using my tongue but it was about just 15 secs or so.
Am I at risk?

You did not put yourself at risk for HIV from those activities. Sexual transmission of HIV requires unprotected penile-vaginal or penile-anal penetration. You should not be concerned and should just forget about this with respect to HIV. Oral sex is a low risk for other STDs however so regular sexual health checkups are still advised.
