HELP HELP HELP

I made the mistake of my life by sleeping with a sex worker from brazil in the 16th of July and I am still worried because I started to develop symptoms that could be associated to HIV in the 28th of July  though I had protected sex and she fingered me with a condom and I had all the hiv  PCR tests including antigen test ,NAT and CD4 T-cell count  on the 18th of august  as well as all STD tests and they all turned negative and undetectable  I even took the escort for standard antibody blood tests on the 30th of July before attempting to sleep with my wife and the result was negative , I don’t know I just suffered from high fever , sore throat , and very bad puffed tonsils with white dots , frequently diarrhea up to date but recently is more loose than watery , and dry coughs that lasted for one and half week with slight blood whenever I spit and a chest infection all this happened exactly after 2 weeks from the incident ( 16th July – 28th July )  and I had cold night sweats and trouble sleeping and lost 8 kg and recently gained 3 kg back and after couple of days of the symptoms I started sneezing I feel like my kidney going to burst and a runny nose and I had heart burn for 2 days had to take medications for it  and the most WORRYING PART IS my wife caught the same symptoms after two weeks from the time I slept with her which was on the 1th of aug and she developed the same exact symptoms on the 15th of aug plus rash in her face under her eye in the left side of her cheek , and menstrual spotting and abnormal periods pain for the first time in her life , and she felt sick and vomiting for few days , with high fever that keeps coming and going and mentioned really yellow urine like it's been dined and a green stoop and trouble digesting  but maybe due to hormonal imbalance because she stopped her diane35 pill and suddenly went back to it like the doctor mentioned , but I don’t know the doctor saying is all normal since all my results are good.. and I forgot to mention I had an antibody test again at 6 week and the result is negative 0.35 and the one before was 0.47 , don’t know if that means something.
And 1 week ago I had rash on the back of my neck that lasted for 1 and blurred vision for 3 days or so and now I have red spots in my tongue and a burning sensation in my tongue as well as its covered with white coat specially at the back looks exactly like a yeast which it is even my friend notice it was like '' why your tongue is white !" …. I don’t know I just hope the best, sorry for doing your head in doctor, really I don’t have anyone but God , you , and my local old doctor.  I don’t want to think I gave disease to my wife ill kill myself than… on the 15th of October ill finish my 3 months so I can test again .... THANK YOU VERRRRRRRYY MUCH
