HELP me PLSS.. im really scared..

my question is i recieve a handjob from a girl w unknown HIV status.. she doesnt have any sore or cuts in her hand but i noticed that i had a very small sore  close to my urethra.. she uses soap as a lubricant.. the soap wast not ours and left only in the motel.. is there any chance that the soap has hiv and can enter to my very small sore and urethra? and she also put a small amount of saliva in my in my urethra.. can i be infected im really anxious and scared right now.. after the contact hours later i feel sick and sore throat is this  a sign of hiv.. pls answer me guys thnks a lot..   we didnt have any contact only handjob..

what about the symptoms that occur an hour later??.. can hiv survive in soap? sorry about this im just really scared ryt now..
