HIV ARS symptoms after 8 weeks

Hello Doctor,

Earlier I had asked a question on Unprotected Oral Insertive sex.  I took a HIV Test at 8 weeks  and the results came back negative. On the 8th week I started experiencing some symptoms. Not sure if these are ARS and would like to get ur advice on this. I am having Runny Nose, Sore throat ( Especially in the morning) and some rashes(bumps not filled with Pus and slightly itchy) on my neck( Near my ear) and some in the front (On my beard - Pus filled). There was no fever present but am not feeling all that great. Not sure if these are from allergies (I am from Peoria, IL- Spring).

Do you consider my 8 week negative HIV Test conclusive or do you think I should go for one more at 12 weeks? Do these symptoms sound like ARS?  Please help

you had no risk and didnt need to test.

for someone who actually had a risk...3 months post exposure would be conclusive.
