Condom broke

Hi Doctor,
   I had a sex with a prostitute 5 days ago. She gave me a blow job first n i weared a condom...
But during sexual intercourse condom broke and i m quite sure that i ejaculated outside.. after that when we got to know i immediately washed my penis with cold water n soap.. When i asked about her past STDs and  HIV test result she told me that she had it done 4 months ago and the result was neagtive.

In this case i am really scared. Am i infected by HIV??Plz doctor provide me with affective suggestions.

2. Yes it can, ejaculation has nothing to do with transmission.

2. Does HIV virus transfers if condom is broken an ejaculated outside??
