Hi Doctors GoodMorning I'm AJ From US, I just wanted to ask about my high risk exposure this happened 2 months ago I had a unprotected test anal/oral I know I put myself in to risk and I was being naive that time , I was tested HIV AG/AB Combo test 32 days after my Exposure and it Was Non Reactive, and it's been 8 weeks now (2months), I went to the hospital Yesterday ., same day clinic and the doctor told me I have a oral thrush and he ask me about Diabetic History but , I don't have Diabetic History , and I talk about to him my sexual intercourse he did a physical test and They put be in the lab for Blood Tests Including HIV . I'm so Worried Coz and afraid that I might have HIV coz , what I've read is Oral thrush is a sign oh Hiv. :(( I've tested in The same Hospital. And my result would be on Thursday . Thank you Doctors Godbless

Did you tell your doc that you submitted a DUO test at 32 days? That test is conclusive at 28 days and beyond. Your negative test is proof that you did not acquire HIV from the exposure you describe. Whatever is going on with you is not related to HIV. Your test will come back negative as long as you have not had another possible unprotected encounter since receiving your last test results.
