HIV Early detection RNA Test reliability

I tested negative in an early detection RNA test that was administered at labcorp. I took it 18 days after exposure. How conclusive is this test? I also took the regular HIV tests and those were negative but I realize 18 days is too soon For those to be conclusive.

Thank you.

Thanks teak.  So I should ignore the RNA result? Nothing to be gained from that?

I read that a 4th generation test is conclusive at 4 weeks but I have also read the 3 month date as well.  Thanks for your time.

It's' not nor is it a standalone test. You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
