Hiv exposure

Had sex with hiv+ positive girl then had sex with my wife do i test after the exposure with the positive girl or the sex with my wife. In confused with this testing thing.

We don't get involved in "what if" scenarios.  It's very simple, you test 3 months after the encounter with the CSW, end of story.

You cannot be infected twice.  If you're negative, and the prostitute was infected and you become positive, then that's your transmission...you already said your wife is negative, so unless you slept with someone besides those two, I count ONE risk.

When did you have sex with the + woman?

You must use condoms religiously with your wife while you wait for your testing period to end (3 months post exposure with + woman).  You could also refrain from sex all together to take even more precautions.
