Hi, i Had unprotected sex with my maid on 3.5 years ago. But i did not ejaculate inside her. Till now i have not loosed any weight. I am eating well . I am ok .

And 1.5 year ago ,i had protected sex with  10 Prostitutes also.
Whether i would be infected by HIV , please suggest. My wife is pregnant now. if i am positive on my results, that's it i have to hang up.

You didn't need to make three posts.

Your result was conclusive. You don't require additional testing. You don't have HIV.

You don't use the blood bank for HIV testing. Yes you have to test.

the only way to know one's status is by testing.  it's been 3.5 years since your exposure...you can test now and get a conclusive result

You have to test for HIV because you had unprotected sex once.

You also have to test for others STDs. Even if you had protected sex (and that is not a risk for HIV), some STDs could infect us, although the risk is low.
