Confused

Hello.. I am a very paranoid person in general when it comes to HIV and more so because of the social stigma attached to it.
So i met this guy and went for a drive, one thing led to another, i ended up giving him a blow job (dont recall precum in my mouth), but definitely no ejaculation and i do not recall any sores or mouth ulcer. Then he started pressing against my anus with no penetration (i have had anal sex before and i know it hurts therefore i am certain it didnt happen)
Based on this encounter, i have the following questions-
1) What is my chance of HIV from oral sex?
2) i know HIV cannot transmit without penetration, however i was on the 2nd last day of my period, is there a chance of precum, if any, get into my blood and cause a risk?
Hoping you can help me
On a separate note, thanks for doing a great job in serving people.. You will be blessed by alot of anxious ppl like us!
