Could this be an inital symptom?

Hi,

It’s now around 11 weeks since a possible risk.

My tongue is coated yellow, I went to my doctor 4 weeks ago and he prescribed me with nothing and just said come back if it continues.

I have had this yellow tongue for 9 weeks now along with a load of ulcers. Could this be a sign of HIV infection? Are yellow tongue/Ulcers an early symptom?

May I add that I experienced a cold a week after it and I am very fatigued (although I have felt fatigued for many years).

Thanks for your time.

I meant to say the tip of the condom was hanging off 2 maybe 3 inches

It was sex with a sex worker in a legalized red light district. I ejaculated and on withdrawing a minute later,  the condom I looked at it and the end of the condom was hanging off about 2 maybe 3 inches off my penis, it looked as though the semen was inside the condom, I hope, I would know (or the sex worker would know) if the semen had gone elsewhere right? Even if I was under the influence of alcohol, but due to the fact I was under the influence I forgot to check the condom at the end and if it was intact.

Just in general by the way, is a yellow tongue an initial symptom of HIV?

Thanks for your help.
