Tested at 5.5 weeks, strange CBC results

I had protected anal sex but with someone whose HIV status I do not know. A test at 5.5 weeks was negative but showed high low lymphocytes and high neutrophils. Should I be concerned/take another test or leave it as it was negative and the sex was protected?

Do you say that it is not a concern because it was protected, or do you mean that the CBC results are not related?  Thanks
