HIV Symptoms? PLEASE HELP!!!

I had unprotected sex with a man and about a week after exposure i came down with a strep throat, started with an earache and then led to bumps in the ear that were painful to touch, and then swollen tonsils with redness in the back of throat and bumps in back of tongue and throat, under my tongue i noticed i had clear like bumps and blue vein. I noticed i get a stiff neck everyonce in a while. im just scared. the strep hasnt gone away and its been a month and a half. :/ i havent taken anti biotics though. and also, i noticed i get bad shooting pains in my veins and some of my veins have hard balls in them ?? my throat doesnt hurt or bother me. and since i got symptoms of strep throat about a week after sex , i got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea on day 8 and negative. and then an HIV test on day 10 and negative??

You can test 4 weeks after the initial exposure with a 4th generation test. A duo test is reliable and you will be aware of your status. Confirm the negative result 3 months after your initial exposure for an extra insurance. Till then try to keep calm.
