Need advice on what my risk is

hello

firstly, thanks to everybody who passes on advice on these forums.

im really worried, please can somebody let me know if im at risk? im panicking!

just over 3 weeks ago, i visited a CSW. Before getting an an unprotected handjob, while massaging her (she was lying face down, me on top), im certain that my unprotected penis (including the tip) had made external contact with both her vaginal & anal regions a few times while giving her a back massage (without actually penetrating either). i also am sure that there was some pre-seminal fluid on me. at the time i didnt think too much of it. i knew that hand to genital is not very risky and thats why i did not want any penetration. sorry for the detail.

about 1 week ago, i started getting a sore throat (which is still here) with headaches that came and went (which is also still occuring). this made me wonder if i could have been infected & i started to really stress out. i did a big mistake by researching all this on the net, it all pointed to possible ARS (now having read a lot of the forums, i know that sypmtoms should not be used as a diagnosis). the human mind plays many games and you start wondering "what if?"

please can somebody tell me if i need to get tested & am i at risk. it would really put me at ease

thank you

my problem is that after about 2

No, you had safe 'sex'. External genital to genital contact  is no risk whatsoever.

No need to test.

Overthinking things regarding previous sexual encounters and searching the net gets a lot of people in trouble here.
