HIV acute infection fever

I have a protected sex with a prostuite 12 days ago may after five days I note may temperature go up to 37.55 C at  noon but may be reach 36.6 C during nigth or early morring, is this a fever, and consider a indecation for HIV, plus I catch my lympes hundred iy star to be painful I do not know is this due to too much touch or swollen.

sorry this me again so 37.6 C can not be conside as afever for HIV risk , note that may be one time a day after noon , and what about lymph pain I touch it every 10 min
