HIV and Oral...

Hello DRs, 3 days ago I engaged in sexual intercourse with a woman in a brothel, she was extremely careful and she refused to give me a oral without a condom (which leads me to believe she is extremely careful) I live in Nicaragua and I do not know if they regularly perform HIV test on the workers…. anyways I did the stupid mistake of giving her some cunilingus and kissing her, so my question is, How likely am i to get HIV if i had protected vaginal sex with her? Im circumcised and hopefully that would lower my chances further… my real concern is the cunilingus, I had no open injury on my mouth that i know of and since it was in the beginning she was dry… I have no reason to think she had any STD she seemed perfectly healthy but with HIV you can never tell… will anybody help me?

No need for one. Trust them, they have been answering such questions for soo many years that unless a new study came out that oral gave HIV alone, they would change their tone. Till then, they are adamant that it is no risk for cunnilingus.
