weird symptoms after 24 months

First off my exposure was protected sex with CSW in Panama m2w the exposure was about 30 min about 3 weeks after I had aches and pains in my groin area hips and lower abdoman there was some redness and it hurt to urinate for about 2 or 3 days. About 70 days after exposure I had extreme fatigue and weakness.  I wore a condom so at first I did not suspect HIV I have herd that HSV2 can act in very similar ways as ARS so I suspected maybe I had herpes but no ulcers.  I felt fine about 6 months after this but about at the 18 month mark I started to develop neuropathy at this time I a have a lot of tingling in my hands and feet and I also have this pain behind my ear that goes down my neck.  I tested for Hiv EIA at 10 weeks it was negative had another at 6 months it was negative I had a full STD Screen via TSD.org through Quest Diagnostics at 13 months and I had another Elisa test done at about 2 years.  All of these have came back negative. Now I also started to devolop what looks like eczama on my scalp.  I know you guys say symptoms mean nothing and only the test matters.  I would like to agree with that, but the more and more symptoms that match up with not only the ARS but symptoms of Chronic Hiv infections are hard to ignore.  I have also herd that Elisa tests have a cut off point for antibodies to determine Negative vs Possitive is this true?  I want to go back to living a normal life one without questioning my status for if I am positive I would like to start Haart treatment as soon as possible.  I feel like i want to cross check my tests by taking a pcr if i was truely infected 2 years and no antivirals it should have no problem picking up the RNA.  Please tell me what you think my symptoms seem to match up perfectly, but maybe i should look into seeing if these symptoms are not tied to HIV but to Lupus or Fibromalgia.

Why have a forum for people to talk about there concerns if your response is to ridicule them for even asking?   Sure it seems obvious that this is not HIV, but this person is asking for re-assurance that he should look elsewhere.  Simple answer- Yes.  That is the only hand holding that was needed.  What has happened to compassion?
