HIV and shingles

I had unprotected oral sex nine days ago and got pretty stressed about it. Today I was diagnosed by my doctor with shingles. What are my chances that the shingles are brought on by stress and not HIV transmission? Can my immune system become so compromised in just nine days?

Thank you, Teak.

I guess I am letting my stress and imagination get the best of me (which probably is pretty common).

I going to try and relax and not let this get to me.

This is not an HIV concern. You were never at risk. Shingles are not HIV specific.
