Scared please help..

ok i know tjis proberbly is really dumb, but i live in an area with a lot of aids and was riding on the bus today when i noticed that i was leaning my elbow and finger against a patch of dry blood, i washed my hand and arm as soon as  pos with soap and water but i'm still worried am i at risk of aids or hep b at tall... i live in a hot environment so i pretty sure the blood was dry... thankyou for your help guys...
