HIV from Oral?

Hello I have been really nervous that I have caught HIV since I received a blowjob from some Canadian chick around the end of July.
It could be anxiety, but since then I've had allergies I've never had before. My mom and Uncle have been suffering this year from hay fever, which could be the cause. At first they were real bad, itchy red eyes, sneezing, itchy throat, runny nose etc. It seems to be clearing up now only one nostril seems to be blocked from time to time.
I've also noticed my blood pressure has been unusually high. I have never been flagged for high BP but when I went to get a urine test at planned parenthood they said it was, ever since I check it at the grocery store and it's in the 180/100 range down to the 145/90ish range. When I woke up this morning it was normal. 125/80ish
Does HIV do this? I haven't had a fever or swollen glands from what I can tell. Is it obvious when you have swollen glands?
Also I have an unusual red rash on my penis. The person at planned parenthood diagnosed it as contact dermatitis and perscribed corticortizone cream. So far, no change in rash after 3 days.
I also had a blood test at about 3 and a half week post-exposure. Haven't heard back from themm so I'm assuming that it was normal.
DO I HAVE HIV! I'M BUGGING OUT
