HIV or Anxeity crazyness?

About 3 months ago I hooked up with a girl that I had just met.  There was no acutally intercourse, but my penis did touch her vagina area, if only for a little bit and there was mutual masterbation.   I had been coming down with something the night before, and I had felt very sick the next day, with a fever and headache and whatnot.  After several months, about a week ago acutally, I started to have a pain in my testicle when ejaculating, which cause me to begin to worry intensily about an STD.  Since last week i have gotta a pretty bad cold which may or may not be a sinus infection.  I also have mottling on my hands, which I have always had but I'm not sure if its more active because of this.  I'm scared to death about HIV infection, and have not been eating or sleeping well-I'm just not hungry at all!! Can anyone help me with this??

transmission requires penetration.

genital to genital contact does not transmit hiv.
