If the user wouldn't hVe posted an article questioning the risk of transmission by saliva then I wouldn't be on here. But since there is an article, now I'm worried. My left neck lymph node under nu jaw line is tender today (exactly 3 weeks post exposure). Will someone please just tell me if this is a possible symptom of ARS? This is all I ask.

I am extremely sorry Vance. But if that user didn't post that article about the case of saliva transmission, then I wouldn't be worried.
Thank you all for your support! I woke up today (exactly 3 weeks since exposure) and my left neck lymph node was sore. As far as I can tell there is no swelling. Also the white spot on my tongue seems to be fading and isn't sore anymore. Any thoughts on these. I know ARS symptoms occur approx 2-3 weeks post exposure. Which is why I am extremely nervous.
forget about the article, forget about your tongue, you are not at risk of hiv of hiv infection.the best experts on this forum have expressed this to you.stop worrying and let it go,your stressing for no reason, honestly.
Really? Just wanted input on that concerning article since it questions deep kissing/French kissing and it's "no risk"
Teak, this is why I'm worried when I saw a recent post between a concerned individual and dr. HHH

No and you won't be the first, you never had a risk of contracting HIV.
Have you ever heard of anyone having a white dot on the tip of their tongue and being a sign of early infection?
Thanks Vance! Bless you for you and your colleagues on this site for providing help to anxiety driven people like myself. The white dot is still ymthere today (2nd day). The only reason I an worried is because we deeply French kissed and it happened to pop up on my to hue ~3 weeks after the exposure. I also read somewhere that this was a symptom.
When did no risk mean that it was possible? NO RISK means NO CHANCE.
Does no risk mean 'no chance' or too low? I just don't see how these thugs could be popping up. I had a split lip that was healing during the time of deep kissing too. This was nearly 3 weeks ago.
You have been advised from Dr.HHH.
You had no risk.
Please help, need input! the dot seems to have disappeared a bit but it's still sore.
I know Lizzie, I'm just freaking out. Ever since I've had a couole cuts in the mouth and now this white dot in the tongue. Someone posted an article to DR HHH a few days ago about a man who claims he was infected with HIV from his son by saliva.
And I had a split lip that was healing during the deep kissing.
