I am a girl. I received uprotected oral sex from my boy friend with unknown HIV status(he performed on me) and my skin had contingence with his semen.but I probably didnt have obvious cut in my skin. I didnt have vaginal or anal sex at all. 10th day after sex I had negative qualiltative RNA test(RT PCR) for HIV. is it conclusive? I am very nervous. please help me

You did not have any risk of HIV transmission via oral sex alone. You are very safe and do not need any test. HIV transmission always takes place due to exchange of body fluids, inside the body, NOT outside. Therefore there has to be an unprotected viginal or anal penetration for HIV to transmit

PCR tests are not standard screening tests. 3 months antibody test is the recommendations for those, who had a real exposure, and in your case, you do not need any test. Relax, enjoy and move on with your life
