HIV testing & accuracy

Dear doctors,
this is male from mumbai, India
this is with reference to my last exposure unprotected oral sex & protect vaginal sex with sex worker its been almost 52 days now i have taken following test.
1.HIV antibodies 1& 2 rapid test after 10 days - negative
2.HIV Antibodies by elisa after 21 days - Negative
3. p-24 antigen after 27 days - negative
4.Hiv antibodies by elisa -negative,Ausantigen-negative,VDRL-Non Reactive
5.HIV DUO(4th generation)-Non reactive,HIV1RNA PCR-not Detected after 42 days.

My questions is here do u think i need any further testing regarding HIV & how accurate is these tests?

Thanks Kumar............ok i agree with you & Teak its not HIV but may be this symptoms related to some STD;s....do u think i go for STD testing?

symptoms dont diagnose hiv
if u read the archives all the people here come with some symptoms but they eventually test negative
u had no risk..dont mess with your head and keep 'looking' for symptoms..if u startlooking for symptom u will keep finding one to be obsessed with..
i'm sure red spot and a burning feet will be ignored by you on a normal day

Sorry to bother u again,

i Developed red spot on my stomach yesterday with rash in that & they are itching....& my feet sole are burning lightly do u think its not related to HIV??

Mr.Teak thanks for your quick response......but  in these weeks i had many symptoms like fever not high,headache,rash, fatigue, mild stomach pain,body pain,ithcing etc.....is this related to some STD's?

You didn't need the first test. You were never at risk of contracting HIV.
