HIV through massage towel? I got dizziness afterwards and has lasting kind of long .

Hi, folks. I was kind of fear about HIV since I did a massage in 10. 12 Pattaya Thailand this year and the next day, because I was fear and knew nothing correct about HIV transmission, I was kind of dizzy around and no appetite, also feeling breathe hard sometimes. It could be one of the severe symptom of anxiety. I know after knowing the basic transmisson i released a lot and just want to confirm am i ok? i did a saliva hiv test 8 weeks after that massage.

You need not give us a list of how you felt or symptoms because that is not how HIV works.  Symptoms are not used to diagnose it nor are they usually relevant.  LOTS of things cause all of those same symptoms including anxiety which you have. A massage THROUGH a towel will not transmit the virus. The only ways adults get HIV is from penetrating anal or vaginal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.  Transmission takes place inside the host or body.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus and a towel is a barrier.  So, no risk whatsoever.  No need to test.

Thanks, man. I just reacted over paranoid sometimes. I think the misinfo, which exaggerated most of the time on the websites always triger mental problems especially to those who do not totally understand the real transmission way, whiy just that simple. i did see Dr. HHH and Dr. Edward Hook before, and they turely give me a release since I read lots of threads on Medhelp. Also, I would like to be grateful about your help so real. THANKS, GuitarRox
